Return Policy/Shipping Info

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2-5 Business Days. This time frame does not include shipping times. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information with estimated delivery time. 

Depending on what you order you may have multiple shipments/multiple tracking numbers. Items may ship at different times, since some items are processed faster than others, and we have multiple warehouses.

Shipping Information:

We ship within the USA only for now. Items are from warehouses in the USA only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on items ordered and destination.

Sales Tax:

All residents will be charged applicable sales tax at checkout depending on your state.

Return Policy:

We are confident that you'll love your purchase, however we realize that sometimes sizing doesn't always work out. We will gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Items that are NOT eligible for return: Sale Items, Jewelry/Accessories and Gift Cards.

** Returns MUST be requested within 7 days of receiving ALL of your items in the order and shipped back to company within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping cost which they are non-refundable. **

** Clothes must be UNWORN with original tags and with the clear garment packaging with SKU Label to be returned **

If you're having an ongoing issue with sizing, please reach out to us prior to ordering. We would be more than happy to assist you. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. You will receive an email once it has been processed.

 

Store Credit: You will receive an electronic gift code (store credit) for the purchase amount minus original shipping cost. 

Exchanges: We DO NOT accept exchanges of any kind due to our quickly moving inventory.
